Credit Card Payment
Our credit card payment is processed through PayPal Payment Gateway and a PayPal account is NOT required. To pay using credit card: (1) First select "PayPal" as your payment method. (2) On the next payment screen, you would see either (A) “Choose a way to pay” section on the right column or (B) credit cards logos on the left column. If you see (A), click the link “Pay with a debit or credit card” to proceed with your credit card payment. If you see (B), above the credit card logos is the line that reads "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue". Click the link "Continue" to proceed with your credit card payment.

FREE worldwide standard shipment. We try to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt (excluding Saturday, Sunday, & national Public Holidays). Our default shipping agent is Singapore Postal Service. Depending on the destinations, estimated delivery time can take between 5 to 15 business days. Some locations may require 2 additional business days in transit.
Expedited shipping can be arranged on a case-by-case basis and additional charges will be imposed. If you wish to opt for expedited shipping, please indicate it in the "Notes" section during checkout. We will contact you later with the information about the additional shipping charges and estimated delivery time.
All returned shipments are considered undeliverable. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include insufficient/incorrect/change of shipping address or unclaimed. Camellia Pearl will notify customers via email for reshipment arrangement. Redelivery charges (inclusive of the returned shipment charges imposed by the shipping provider) has to be paid and cleared before the returned shipment will be resent.
